- The Steering Committee reserves the right to adjust rules and restrictions when deemed necessary, for any reason, and it reserves the right to ask for verification of individual gifts at any time for any reason.
- The maximum amount of money any one organization can receive is $10,000.00.
- Large gifts from any one donor, whether anonymous or not, cannot be broken into multiple smaller gifts to secure prizes or matching gifts.
- To be eligible, a volunteer (peer-to-peer) gift must be a minimum of $5. To qualify as a volunteer (peer-to-peer) fundraiser, eligible for prizes, each fundraiser must secure at least 3 gifts to be included in the total.
- Organizations can win only one prize in any single peer-to-peer prizes category. For example, if an organization wins a first prize in the category “Most peer-to-peer fundraisers” then it is not eligible to win the second and third prizes in the same category.
